Not able to access my account. Can someone enlighten me on what the problem maybe or how to resolve this issue.

in addition to not being able to login, while the website is up, customers can’t place orders. is that happening with others? i’d be ok for a bit if customer could at least place orders. is this happening to others as well?

We are supposed to do live sales in 20 minutes and Shopify just crashed. Reading “Not Found” on desktop and “HTTP Error: Reponse code 404” on mobile. Any help??

Im having the same issue keeps saying not found i was in the middle of sorting orders out and it just crashed and i couldnt get back into it.

Same thing is happening to me.

My shopify account is not loading. I am new to shopify and while I was working on it the page refreshed and said not found. I did save multiple times already, I was pretty much done but it says not found even when I try to login from scratch. I was still in trial period and had just purchased a plan and a theme, any help?

I am seeing all the posts that can not get logged in to back end of shopify admin - have they fixed it??? I was in the middle of making changes to items.

Hi… I am trying to log into my store.. and as soon as I click on my store so it can send me to the dashboard, I received a blank page with “Not Found” in the top left corner of the webpage…

Why is this happening all of a sudden?? I need this fixed please.

Hi, We hace a huge campaign today and we can’t login into our Shopify account, these is cuz huge damaged to us.

We got a login error: http Not Found, please help us to solve this as soon as possible.

Help!! Suddenly when I am trying to log in it takes me to an error 404 page. I cannot access anything. but if i type in my url to my page it pops up just fine. What do I do? I have orders I need to get out
