i have a problem with my shopify it’s down and their is a message said “There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our Status page for updates and try again later.”
and their is no issue so
also i can’t reach the support cuz it’s keep making me back to the homepage
I am unable to click “Add to cart” when I’m changing Product Variants (“Sizes” in my case).
You can only click “Add to cart” on the first visit of the product page and it automatically selects the first variant which is size “S” (Screenshot 1). Whenever you switch sizes it shows a greyed out “Add to cart” button and a block sign when hovering over it. (Screenshot 2)

Regard your concern about cannot click Add to cart button when changed variant. Please help me to check if your product variation in stock or not. That is greyed out might be because of your product has sold out and cannot add more item to the cart.
You can check by > Shopify Admin > Product > Product name > check the stock

i went inside admin it said server error try to contact shopify support no1 there it keep redirect me to the home page, what is going on any1 having the same problem?
Shopify is down and is not letting us get into our store or make any edits. I have tried to contact support but that also appears to be down. Anyone got any ideas of next steps?
When trying to log into my store - I get a message saying
We couldn’t find that page## The page you’re looking for doesn’t exist, or it might have been moved.and a link to “contact support”
so I click on "contact support’ and it takes me to a log in for my page - which I then click on - and it just takes me round in circles back to the same message!!!
My website is live when I check, but I can’t get into my store to see orders etc.
We cannot even login as it gives an error. To make matters worst all options to contact support is redirected to the contact support start up page as you cannot get hold of a support agent or log a query. How are we suppose to contact support if they have removed the support options. When will this issue be resolved.

is there a way to contact support not using the support form? Our whole backend is down and so I get an error prompt when the shopify contact support form asks me to choose my Shopify account.
