Cannot Log In with Store Owner Email – Stuck on Google Authentication

We are experiencing a critical issue with account access on our Shopify store, and would greatly appreciate assistance from the community or Shopify team.

Background:
Our store was initially created using a Gmail account.

Later, we updated the store owner email to our official company email, which is not Gmail-based.

We also created staff accounts to manage the store’s design and development.

After completing setup and going live, we switched to the Shopify Basic plan. As expected, staff accounts were deactivated due to plan limitations. However, when trying to log in using the store owner email (company email), we are redirected to Google authentication, which fails — because the updated email has no Google account associated with it.

Issue:
Despite updating the store owner email, Shopify still tries to authenticate via Google. We are completely locked out of our store, and this is now affecting our operations.

What We’ve Tried:
Reached out to Shopify Support multiple times over the last 7 days.

Still have no resolution or a way to access the store via the updated owner email.

Request:
We urgently need help to:

Bypass Google login and access the store using the current store owner email.
