Currently, envelope packages are not supported for Canada Post with Shopify Shipping, only Box and Soft Package. However, as you’re using a bubble mailer, you should be able to purchase a label as long as the size of the mailer is at least 10 x 7 x 0.1 cm for a domestic shipment, and 14 x 9 x 0.1 cm for international shipments.

Do you know when Shopify will support shipping label for bubble mailer or do you have a alternative for us ? Because I’m a TCG cards shop and i cant really use the rate for cheap card because of that.

At this time we don’t have timeline for when or if Shopify will have options for envelope or small bubble mailers included with Shopify Shipping rates.

There are third party apps that also provide discounted shipping rates that may be available for your store. I can’t speak to what shipping rates they offer or what packages they support, but definitely worth checking out. It looks like EasyShip may support Canada Post: Easyship ‑ All in One Shipping.
