I have created a pixel via Meta’s Events Manager, and clicked their Shopify partner integration, but Meta won’t verify the connection. So I’m unable to connect my Meta business/ad account with the pixel on Shopify. (I have full access to my Meta business portfolio.)

Does someone know how to get my Meta business/ad account to connect with the pixel on Shopify?

I’ve completed this step below (integrate with Shopify), and my pixel is showing as ‘Connected’ inside Shopify.

I also saw some YouTube videos saying that the pixel ID on Meta needs to match with the pixel ID on Shopify, and mine doesn’t match. Not sure if that’s why they can’t be connected or verified?

No, the Pixel ID in Shopify is not matching the ID on my Meta Events Manager.

  1. Reconnect Correct Pixel via Shopify:

I had created the pixel on Shopify via Meta when it asked me to select a partner integration. When I selected Shopify, they did not ask me to do any Meta log in.

Meta doesn’t allow me to add any domains under Traffic Permissions. I tried to add, but it just keeps spinning/loading.
