Can't make shopify payments avaiable on my store

Hi, I’ve been following all the steps to have the shopify payments available in my store but in the end only shows PayPal payment available. Already have done the steps several times and nothing seems to work.

In order to set up and use the Shopify Payments gateway, you will need to meet the requirements to have the gateway enabled. If you do not see the Shopify Payments gateway listed, it may be due to not being in a supported country. With that being said, you can still enable a third-party gateway to allow your customers to make purchases using various methods.

We do have a great article that allows you to find which third-party gateways are available in your location.

Appreciate your help.

I just checked what you send me and it looks like my country ( Portugal ) has Shopify payments available. So I don’t know, should I use the third parties anyway or there’s something I’m missing.

Because when I go to settings and I enable the Shopify payments everything seems ok.

But doesn’t show anything on my store.

If your online store is meeting the requirements to use the Shopify Payments gateway but it is not listed, we will need to take a further look into the set up of your online store. hi I have the same problem with Shopify payments. I’ve had Shopify for a few years, but at the end of last year I stopped using it for a few months at that time everything was working fine at all payment options, and every app was working when I restarted my shop this year I noticed in my payments I only had to PayPal option so I looked it up and I contacted Shopify and they said use the stripe option but when I enable stripe to use these MasterCard, etc. I lose the Shopify payment because then it shows payments Again under Shopify payments. I only have PayPal available so I don’t know what is causing this and they can’t figure it out some people documentation but where would I verify documentation I don’t know cause I don’t have any notification and again my account was working perfectly fine last years with no documentation issue I have no problem submitting them but I don’t know where to submit them if I need to Only thing I can see is that at the bottom of the page it says I may not have Shopify payments and to check if it’s offered in my area because it’s restricted in certain regions but I’m basically in the United States so I don’t understand this shopify payments. I can’t use Facebook shop directly to make payments and receive payments. I would appreciate any help this issue.
