Trying to get my store up and running, I have inventory at Amazon, so I wanted to use Amazon MCF that is being offered to connect to Shopify. I can download the app, but I can not open it, it shows an error message saying not compatible with the Shopify page. Has anyone recently experienced this issue and gotten a resolution? I’ve already talked with Shopify support, who linked me to Amazon MCF app support, they are trying to help, but they say it’s not on their end, and have created yet another ticket back to Shopify. Amazon MCF can see that I am getting that error message. Is there something about the store setup that could trigger the Amazon app not to work or not be compatible?
I can’t say why a certain app isn’t working in your store, the app developers should be able to tell you the answer, but if that doesn’t work and you want a reliable, automated Amazon fulfillment app, that is one of the features of Order Automator.

In case you are still looking for a solution to your Amazon MCF barrier have you thought about checking out other integrations? The Amazon MCF integration is currently only available to merchants with US marketplaces. I find that for ‘non-US’ merchants this is a common reason why they may not be able to open or use the Amazon MCF connection.
