So I use the Shopify Reviews app, and it looks like for some reason the option to ‘rate’ something is just missing? everything is installed correctly, but not sure why it’s glitching like this. Anyone else seen this?
You can see the “rating” section is blank.

You can use getReviews - Product Reviews app.
Just follow its installation instructions given in “How to use?” page.
This app can be installed without inserting any code snippet manually as well as you can request from app to our team for installation support.
