I’m importing 500+ reviews from the product reviews app on another Shopify site to the new Shopify site. Everything seems to upload fine but my site will only show me the star ratings and no reviews. I’ve deleted all reviews and re-imported but still no luck. Is there an easy fix? I really want to be able to use those reviews when I relaunch the site.

I understand you’re importing reviews from another Shopify store to your new store, and everything uploaded fine. However, only the star ratings are appearing on your store. It is possible that the coding for the review form hasn’t been installed to your new theme. To help with installing the review form, we’ve got a step-by-step guide here: Using the Product Reviews app. It’s important to note that our guide provides the installation processes for Online store 2.0, Vintage sectioned themes, and Vintange non-sectioned themes, so you’ll need to check which version your theme is using.
