Card vaulting collection error

Hey folks we have reports that card vaulting is erroring out on more than one order. I tested this also on our development shop and it fails to capture on our test card also.

Please let us know what we can tell our merchants about this issue, they have a lot of orders to fulfill before the holidays and need to charge the cards on file.

Oof rough, that’s even worse than just collecting for the vaulted card.
