I have two abandoned checkouts from the same customer on different cards. Card cannot be verified message keeps popping, could this be a glitch?

I’d like to gather more insight into the card verification error. Could you share more details on the following:
- Within your Shopify admin > Orders > Abandoned checkouts section, can you check if there are any error messages that appear in the abandoned cart timeline?
- Could you advise the customer to try re-entering their card details to ensure they’ve been input correctly?
- Has the customer already tried contacting their bank to ensure there are no issues on their end?
- Is the card verification issue happening with other customers?
