Hello!
I am developing an online store for a client which uses an Advanced plan. I want to add a carrier account for UPS and move some existing carriers (DHL and Fan) from an already installed application called xConnector to the native setting related to Carriers in the Delivery section.
I cannot add a new Carrier Account because the section is loading indefinetely and not allowing me to change or add anything.
I uninstalled the xCarrier app in order to see if the section would allow me to change the settings but the problem is persisting.
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me sort this error out.
