A month ago, I updated my bank payout details to my new Chase account. I definitely entered all of the details correctly at that time. My next payout failed. When I go in to try to change the account, I get an error message that says the info I am entering does not match my “old” account - which is now the glitched Chase bank account with incorrect details. I contacted live chat support 3 weeks ago and a “ticket” was created - it has been “escalated” I was told. Still, I am unable to change the account and no one has contacted me. I have contacted live support several more times in the past few weeks and they essentially can do nothing. I am told I need to continue to wait for the Payments Team to contact me.
There is a good deal of money now built up that cannot pay out. I changed my payout settings from weekly to monthly, so that no more failed payouts occur. Is there any way to contact the Shopify Payments team directly. Why is it taking weeks to resolve something like this? It is very frustrating to see tens of thousands of dollars sitting in limbo -I need this money for my business to function!!
