Hi everyone, we received a chargeback case this morning. This order was placed one month ago, and it was dispatched as soon as we could. Since we are based in Australia and this order is to the U.S., it’s still on the way. Not sure why the customer reported this as a fraudulent transaction. Does anyone have any experience with it?
