Charges for IRM

I checked my account statement there was a deduction of an amount it says charge for IRM Shopify . No invoice received no email received. I highlighted the issue and demanded history ,they said for Shopify payments invoice number should be there surprisingly it’s my new account not added in any other online sites only Shopify
