Why is it so difficult to get assistance? I have been having the very same issue since I registered my domain here on Shopify and am getting nowhere fast. The chat is bugged, it times out every two seconds and I lose my connection with an advisor, or the chat refuses to connect me to an advisor saying it can help me but when I detail my issue it says it cant help me and asks to connect to a support advisor and when i say yes it tells me it can help me with my issue and the cycle begins all over again. I am continuing to have this issue and am becoming very frustrated that I can’t speak to someone about it as the chat wont even get out of its cycle and do anything.
Hi @Kmac75 , Shopify Chat may disconnect after some time if there is no activity in the conversation. Additionally, connecting to a support executive can sometimes take longer because they might be assisting other customers, leading to no available agents for a while.
