I try to talk with a support team member in the live chat with the chatbot and it says a support advisor will soon joins the chat please be patient. I then wait for hours hoping to somebody join the chat and reply me but this does not happen. I have been trying for a week to talk with a human in the support team and each time wait about an hour but nobody joins the chat. Shopify is the worst selling ecommerce I have ever worked with. They charged me for a plan and now I can not even talk with a human other than a chatbot. They also held my payout. I just want to post here that they take customers money for the worst services ever offered online. Why I should pay money to them while there is nobody to even talk to me while I have a problem. A rediculous chatbot which wasted hours of my time and still no one talk to. Is this a joke or really this a customer support.

Sorry to here that, I had the same issue of getting Human support.
Please share the problem, might community will help you to resolve this.
Please tell me how you resolved this issue. Do you have any email or contact number of shopify support team.
