Hi, our checkout button isn’t working. When you click it the blue wheel spins.
I’ve tried testing the other themes saved, and it has the same issue.
Any ideas please?

Download a fresh copy of a theme, ideally a free Shopify theme, and try it there. If you find that it works then the problem is indeed with your theme! Using that fresh copy temporarily would be a good idea so you can keep receiving orders while you figure out what’s wrong with the theme.

I am experiencing the same issue myself when I click “checkout” on your store. As @casey-customs suggested, the next step would be to download a new fresh copy of a Shopify-supported free theme (like Debut for example) to see if the problem persists using this. If the problem is persistent with a new theme, then the issue likely lies with the checkout itself.
In this case, I would advise reaching out to our live support team for their advice on next steps. They will have access to your store’s backend and will be able to see where the problem lies.
