To separate the information and shipping methods into distinct sections,
From Customizer > select Checkout From Top menu
Then from settings Checkout layout select Three page layout like
This will give you same look as you mentioned

Regarding checkout customization in Shopify’s basic plan, options are limited.
There not much Customization we can do in here
You can view shipping rates in Settings, or explore apps in the Shopify App Store for customization.
