Hello, for some reason the notes have stopped showing on my customers’ orders. I can see that notes have been left on the shopify app on my phone because the notes icon is there, but then when I click onto the order there’s no note, and there’s no note showing on my desktop either. I went on my theme settings to deactivate then reactivate order notes but I still can’t see them. Any help appreciated!
I’m having the same issue. There is no note there but the note icon is on the orders on the home screen.
I emailed the customers and they said they didn’t actually leave a note. So there’s just a phantom note icon appearing? maybe that’s the same for you!
Any updates on this? I recently started having the same issue. The only changes made was enabling subscriptions. Our customer notes are just disappearing.

are you all talking about the order notes which is added on cart page and when the user places the order it is shown in shopify dashboard ? Can you please confirm if yes i have just resolved that issue that was an issue of ajax

Just saw your store @Chadqberry on cart page i do not see any section for order notes
Sorry, I had turned them off because I couldn’t see them and didn’t want to
miss anything. I have been trying to turn it back on for you however I
don’t have the option any longer. Once I go into customize the theme and
click on theme settings I don’t have the cart option under there as I’m
supposed to in order to turn back on notes.
Strangely I’m still getting orders that say they have a note but no note
shown.
Go to dashboard >> online store >> click the green button “customize”
from there select “cart” there can you see to turn on the order notes ?
Or can you give store login on email
