I client that subscribe to my Shopify store sent me an image where Shopify took 153yen from them I want to know why and what the money about
And they did not order anything from my knowledge because I have no orders right now
Shopify never ask for any kind of money from your clients, I prefer you contact Shopify support on this topic ASAP.
Maybe your client got scammed or trying to scam you so better contact Shopify support
