I used a code to decrease spacing between quick links in the footer menu on the mobile version of the website, and now this code has appeared at the bottom of the page ?
Could anyone help on how to delete it? I have removed the code from theme.css (where it was originally added) but it still is displayed as a text on the page…
@dmwwebartisan is there any way you can help without sharing a password? It is my clients website so I cannot share her password. Hope you can still help.
Also beware there seems to be an issue with your password modal not showing so the storefront password has to be used directly in a url param to even investigate the site; /password?password=******
To fix it go to the main Shopify dashboard > Press Online Store > On the left of ‘Customise’ Press the 3 dots > Edit Code > On the left Press Theme.Liquid > Scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see a similar screen with similar writing > If the code matches the code in your footer then Highlight and delete… as seen below
