Collection showing a customers previous purchases

Hi,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to create a collection that shows all the products a customer has previously purchased?

i.e. Bill buys a pair of socks one day, a hat the next day, some pants the next day. . Next time he visits the store, he view his previous purchases collection shows socks, hat and pants.
