Collection won't show on desktop, only on mobile view, it keeps saying schedule availability

I have twelve collections. One of them simply will not show up on desktop view. You can only find it using a mobile device. This is a recent thing as when I add a new item to this collection it says ‘schedule availability’ I set a time, click save and nothing happens. The collection just won’t show. It just goes back to schedule availability again and again.

Its driving me to the point of insanity. I have not changed anything about how I put new products on but the end result is the same - it only shows on mobile and not desktop. WHY???
