Hi, after I add a product to Collections and click on it, it doesn’t show the product details, but the product status is normal and the sales channel is normal, what’s the problem?

For this task need to check on collection backend can you please me permission to access your store using collaborator code?

@bestwish Go to the Product from the backend and check the Sales Channel > tick the Online Store and Status > Active instead of draft.
Also check the collection > Sales Channel > Active
