Why can't I see my products in the collection on the menu bar?

I have already created some collection and imported some products into my collections but I can’t see them in the navigation on the menu bar. when I click on the collection in the menu bar, it tells me that "we are sorry, there are no products in this collection. Can any one help please?

I appreciate you sharing your question in the community! Could you tell me a bit more about how your online business started and what other areas of your store are you working on?

You mentioned that you’ve created a collection, added products to it, added your collection to the navigation menu, however the products are not visible on your online store.

When adding products to a collection you’ll want to ensure your products are set to Active. I created a Test collection on my test store, added Draft products to it, added the collection within Online Store > Navigation > Main Menu and received the same message you’re seeing on your end. I’ll share a screenshot below for better visibility.

You’ll want to navigate back to your Shopify admin, Products > Collections and click into the specific collection. Next, scroll down to Products within that collection and click into each product. Under Product Status select Active and save your changes.
