Collections not showing up when creating navigation using Dawn theme

Dawn version 7.0.1

So I created a collection as Accessories, and since there will be different accessories, so I created sub-collections as Apparel, Watches etc.

Then I added a couple of products to it.

Now to set up my Nav > Main menu, I am unable to find Apparel and Watches.

I’m sure I am missing/doing something wrong… please help.

• Products > Collections where I can see my category “Drinkware & accessories” with 3 products in it
  

  

• Online Store > Navigation > Main Menu > Add menu item > where I can’t find my category with 2 products i.e. “Drinkware & accessories”
