The colour swatch on my product page shows the correct colour, however, when I click on it - it suddenly shows a different colour! Obviously this is confusing to customers. Not sure why this is happening? Would greatly appeciate any help.

Hi there,
This usually happens because the swatch is showing the colour, but the variant image linked to that colour is incorrect.
Fix:

Go to Products → Variants in your Shopify admin.

For each colour, assign the correct product image.

Save and refresh. The right image will show when swatches are clicked.
If it still mismatches, it’s likely a theme setting. Check your theme’s product page → variant picker to ensure colours are mapped properly.
