Our app was working fine. We made some minor changes and had to use the new command “shopify app deploy” command to push the changes and now our auth flow is broken. The entire auth flow worked with the same TOML file when we were using the “shopify app config push” command, but it has stopped working with the “shopify app deploy” command.
In fact the Configured Scopes block has now disappeared from the API access section.
This was all working fine and now we are not even able to roll back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
