To answer your question, you are only able to use the payment gateways available for the region in which your Shopify store is operated. As such, Stripe is not an option for Qatar businesses.

Thank you for your response. But what if my target customers are based in USA. What other payment gateway would be best for international customers other than PayPal. Its dissapointing as even shopify payments aren’t available in qatar.
