Contact Page was Suppressed By Shopify

Hi,

I am not sure whether anyone else faced the same issue.

My Contact Page was not Sending Emails.

I wasted a lot of my time trying to find the Cause, finally I contacted Shopify Help Center.

They fixed the issue in a minute and told me my email was suppressed. I was receiving emails from all other forms on Shopify.

It affected only my Contact page. So, maybe they suppressed the contact page.

I don’t know whether this happened to anyone else in the past. I don’t understand why they do it.

There might be more email issue that Shopify support team can check except, the issue is coming directly on your email. If that’s the case, you will need to reach out to your email provider so, they can further check where the issue is comign from.
