After the customer fills in the contact us form, they are not able to submit without filling in their email for the newsletter at the footer, not a part of the form.
What is the reason for this and how do I fix it?

My form code is attached below.
Because in your contact form there is no email field, so when you submit the contact, it will notify you to enter your email and the message will be displayed with the Newsletter contact form.
You need to add email field for form, this is required.
