Contacting drop shipping supplier

I’m dropshippjng using the Zopi app however I want to contact my Ali express supplier privately so that they can use custom packaging for my orders. Other than me stating my company name how can my Ali express suppliers connect my request to my Shopify account when my customers order in order to remember to do the custom packaging? And the only way I can contact them is through the Ali express website .

If you want to contact the supplier yourself, go to AliExpress website > log into your AliExpress account > look for a specific product and click on it to access the product page > scroll down to find the Message button located below the product description, next to the ‘Follow‘ button.

With AliExpress suppliers, the only way to confirm custom packaging is direct communication — so you’ll need to message them through the AliExpress platform. When you place orders, you can leave a note with each one (e.g., “Ship with [Your Brand] packaging”). To make sure they connect it to your Shopify orders, give them your store name and ask them to look for that name in the order details that get passed from your app.
