There is a discussion between my shopify developer and my marketing person.
Sometimes the Thank you page loads correctly and a conversion is messured and sent trough via datalayer. But sometimes this page doesn’t load. This makes the messure of the conversions unreliable and it ruins my ads campaigns. The problem seems to be in loading te thank you page. We tested it via app Elevar but also now via shopify connection. With both we experiance the same problem because of loading, or not always loading a conversion.
Does anyone recognize this problem and know’s the solution?
