Hi

We are having an issue that on 99% of orders from around the 14th of last month we have stopped getting conversion information. On the order screens it just says:

Conversion summary

There aren‘t any conversion details available for this order.

Anyone else having this or any ideas why this has started to happen?

Hi Rob,

Not sure if this issue was resolved, but I’d recommend adding some additional analytics to your store with AdTrace. We provide rich conversion data which can supplement what you’re getting from Shopify.

Don’t listen and don’t install any additional apps, everyone just tried to make you install their apps.

Everything is already done on Shopify level without any apps, just make sure it is configured proplery.

Did you update to checkout extensibility, did you move you tracking script?
