I’ve received feedback from 2 people so far that when they enter a coupon code, they then get a message that says their order “can’t deliver to this address”. If they remove the coupon code, then the address is accepted. I’m unable to duplicate the error, but hearing from 2 different customers has me worried. Any thoughts on how I can fix this?
The coupon is set up as a percent off of the order with no minimum requirements, available to all customers and unlimited uses. I set up a code for testing: ShopifyTest. (This test code is limited for obvious reasons.)
