Craft Theme - Social Media Icons in Header

Hey all. I have been messing around with the code for the Craft theme header, and I’ve had no luck figuring out a way to get the social media icons to appear at the top instead of the bottom. Does anyone have a code that is compatible with this theme?

You can display them on the announcement bar, which is just above the header. No coding required.
