Craft theme > where to change theme base color

Using a craft theme version 15.3.0. I’d like the theme can switch back to a white base color theme.

Currently it’s grey, Where to update it?

I believe you will find it on the theme settings. So open customizer ----> theme settings -----> color settings or color schemes.
