I am having trouble creating shipping labels. I keep receiving the message, “The selected orders are not eligible for shipping labels.”
I am not using a third-party app for shipping. My “Shipping & delivery” settings and shipping zones are correctly configured. Despite this, I am unable to proceed and am feeling quite frustrated. The shipping labels I am attempting to create are for international orders, and I have also included custom information for each product.

If you’re looking to set up and use Shopify Shipping, you will want to ensure that you have a fulfillment location in one of the supported countries. These include the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Spain. To learn more about this, you can check out our Shopify Shipping document as it touches on these requirements further. We also have a great how-to video available, that I’d encourage you to review as it touches on the steps required to successfully purchase and print shipping labels directly from the Shopify admin.
