if you look at the footer, you will see that it is just the language selector that is visible. the country/region selector isn’t showing even when you turn it on in the theme settings as shown in the screenshot.
It won’t show ‘out of the box’ until you provide more information in your Admin/Settings.

Also it might depend if you have access to Shopify Markets
Have you looked at that part of your setup?
