I want to put various custom announcement bars throughout my website.
I am using dawn theme and Pagefly page builder.

Hi @marlerjake . In dawn theme there is no feature like that.
But in announcement bar you can rotate/slide text or announcements. You can also adjust the time frame. You can view the below image to figure it out.
But this shows one item per slide. If you want the exact requirement you mentioned then you will need custom coding.
