Hey all, I’m looking for a free app (I’m a tiny creative business) that will allow me to create my own Order Statuses so I can see them all on the Orders page together. It is not for my customers to see. I would have less than 50 orders per month.

I just need to see at a glance where each order on my Unfulfilled Orders page is up to, with my customised statuses to know what I’m waiting on for it to proceed. I create customised & personal items which have a lot of variables.

Any suggestions or is this just not going to be available without a subscription?

Thanks in advance

We are a print shop and are looking for the exact same thing. Internal statuses for where things are in the print process such as “In art production”, “in print production”, “in press production”, etc. Did you ever find an answer for this?

A straightforward option is Ultimate Custom Order Status. It lets you add unlimited in-house stages, view them right in Shopify. You can keep everything hidden from customers or notify them when it makes sense. There’s a 30-day free trial, then a single low monthly fee. No long-term contract or extra per-order charges.
