I added some products via CustomCat and two via Printify for my store. Everything synced, showed active. The next day which was launch, suddenly all Custom Cat products show as sold out. Nothing I have tried via the support bot is fixing it. Nothing shows off in CustomCat either. What could be causing this?

I added a mix of products. The products from CustomCat that had been added a few days prior did not show as sold out. Printify products were two stickers. All CustomCat products showed as sold out across all collections and types after I updated the store with new products. I have synced and refreshed the products. I have tried forcing the Cache to refresh by editing theme code (nothing real, just a change to a commented out section, so no code issue).

As it is POD, Inventory is not tracked, Allow sales when sold out is enabled (it was by default, I’ve never changed it).

Things I did in between product showing normally and sold out:

1 - added new products via CustomCat

2 - added two printify products

3 - enabled other sales channels like POD, TikTok, and Shop as products were finally uploaded

That is what I did, in the order I did it in. I was planning to go back and set up the other channels once I got the stuff connected. I just needed the online store to be up and running for launch day. :disappointed_face:

oh my goodness. I had no idea. I don’t even know what to look at in regards to ssl and DNS. I use godaddy for hosting.
