I just checked my shopify store and every single Printify item is showing ‘sold out’. How do i fix this??? help!

Hey any chance you can help me please? I have the same problem with my Printful products showing as sold out acter i did a mass deletion on shopify.
I need help . suddenly today all my products from printify which are available are showing sold out on my store. i checked shipping rate profiles . I tried workaurounds like setting “stocked at” and inventory nothing works. I also tried unpublishing my products from printify and republish them. the problem still persists.
Any Help please?
UPDATE/FIXED: i found out that Germany randomly(i dont know how) unchecked from the shipping zone in the shipping profile
