I have been having an issue with customers not receiving emails. I am not sure if it’s every person or just some of them. I have only heard from the few who said they didn’t get the notification. My domain was purchased through Shopify and is www.shopourstoyours.com. I am trying to make sure this doesn’t happen. Can anyone help with how I can correct this? I’ve chatted with multiple people, but they never seem to know what to do. Thanks!
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your store. I have a few questions to help troubleshoot this further.
Of the customers that reported the issue, are there any similarities in the email provider? (i.e, are they all gmail, hotmail, etc).
Are these emails arriving in the customers spam/junk boxes instead?
Is the email you have in Settings/General for “Sender email” a valid email? - Is this email a custom email (i.e @yourstorename.com) or is this through a provider such as gmail?
