It seems that when we send an email/invoice to a customer through our store to a gmail address, it never gets there. Not even to their spam.
Anyone experienced this at all and what can we do about it?

Are you noticing that the emails are not being sent to customers with Gmail addresses exclusively? It sounds as though there might be an issue or a step missing with the set up of your email and/or domain host.
Can you tell me a little more about your email/domain set up?
