Hi,
Can anyone tell me where a customer could upload photos of a damaged product to prove damage before I commit to an exchange or refund. Would over email be normal with an attachment or through product reviews?
Anyone!
Kind regards
Molly

Hi @Molly8 ,
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and sharing your question. I’m more than happy to help out.
Usually, customers who want to initiate returns process will reach out via email or social media, depending on options you provide. If your store handle return inquires via email, it’s best to keep the images of defective items in that email thread. It is safe and organized for your tracking purposes, should you ever need to recall.
Otherwise, you can include clear instructions on your Returns Policy page, advising customers to include images immediately when starting a returns request. They can either send a simple email, or fill out forms enabled by apps like this one which has free plan.
Let me know what you think.
