How can customers upload product images in the chat section?

How can our customers upload their product picture in the chat section in order to show us what they need?

As you can see in this picture that a customer have no option to send us any picture if they want to send us for extra help. Therefore kindly share the option if there is any so that they can share the picture with us.

If you are using any app then you have to contact the chat app owner support. or check the premium package, else you have to do code customization. let me know so that I can give you suggestions.
