Customers are reaching checkout but I am not getting sales

Hey guys, 2 weeks ago I launched my online store wizebuy.org and it sells Smart Desk Water Dispensers. After running tik tok ads and doing marketing, I managed to drive traffic to my store, and I also managed to get customers till the checkout page, however, none of the customers actually bought the product so I had no conversions. Could someone help me out here on how I can get those checked out customers to actually buy my product?
