Customers don't recieve order SMS

Half of my customers aren’t recievng order confirmation sms and i cant understand why. Half of them are, which is why I’m confused about what’s wrong. They have the right settings, all are sms subscribed. My checkout settings have email and/or sms notifications checked. please help

From my understanding customers who opt for text messages will only receive the delivery status sms. The option to select delivery status via text is available on the thank you page after the customer places the order.

If you still want to send it to all customers who placed orders, you will have to go for a 3rd party app.

But here are few:

Use the Apps which are from India, so you can get local support and cheaper rates.

Yes, what about the orders i place for them on shopify? some of them
receive sms and half dont. ii need everyone to get status sms

I think part of the issue might be that customers have to check the checkbox “Text me with news and offers” checkbox to give CONSENT for texting. If they don’t check that box, even if they don’t provide an email or other form of contact, shopify cant send a text message. Its so dumb.
